Fines
On speeding tickets that I am able to get dismissed, there will be no fines or surcharges. On speeding ticket that I am able to get reduced to 0 point infractions, the fine will be between $115 and $150, but no surcharge. Please feel free to contact me and I will let you know what fine and result you can expect with my representation.
For those who choose to mail their tickets in guilty, the court will impose the following fines and surcharges.
In addition to the fines and surcharges imposed by the court, The DMV will impose an additional Driver Assessment Fee starting at $300 for those who have accumulated 6 or more points on their license within an 18 month period. The 18 month period is determined by the date of violation, not the date of conviction.
